Being an executor or executrix, or what is now termed an "estate trustee," can be a difficult task, and we are happy to help if needed.
The first step that we take in any estate is to investigate whether it is necessary to apply for "Letters Probate" or "Letters of Administration" (now "simplified" to the expressions "Application for a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee With a Will / Application for a Certificate of Appointment without a Will"). Then, whether necessary or not, we can advise on all steps necessary to wind up the estate.
